MESSAGE: My father Carey(Carroll) Counsil was a merchant marine. HE WAS IN PORT IN MANILLA MANY TIMES THROUGH OUT HIS CAREER AS A SEAMAN. I HAVE JUST LEARNED THROUGH A LETTER THAT HE HAD A FAMILY IN MANILLA. I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT HIS FAMILY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FACT THAT HE HAD TWIN BOYS WITH A WOMEN FROM MANILLA. IM SURE THIS IS A LONG SHOT ..AS I HAVE NO INFO OF DATES,AGES, OR NAMES TO ADD. JUST HOPING THAT THE NAME "COUNSIL' WILL BE SEEN BY SOMEONE WHO KNEW OF HIM IN PORT IN MANILLA OR IF THESE TWIN BOYS GO BY THAT LAST NAME..
