MESSAGE: I spent from Sept 93 to April 94 living and working in Tel Aviv. Went originally woth missus but we split up. I lived in a hostel in Bograshov called Hotel Bograshov and pwned forst by Chobby and them Egal, i worked in a restaurant called Retavim ( I think thats how you spell it, it's been 20 years). Whilst working there I made some great friends, notably Ronan Mary but also Uval the owner and Yossi the cook. Ater comimg home for Xmas 93 we returned in January 94 and stayed in the same hostel. After splitting with the missus Ronan kindly let me live in his Mother's apartment with him, hos mum amd his brother I remember his brother being a postman and we time shared the only spare bed. This obviously couldn't go on so we got an apartment together. I have never forgotten the kindness shown to me by Ronan and the day I left Israel tears were shed from us both. I would love to be able to speak to ypu again Ronan. If anyone knows or remembers either me or him please get in touch.
