MESSAGE: I am loocking for Mr. Harald Lauer. met Mr.Lauer at the Canadian Immigration Mission in Hannover and helped him get his immigration visa to Canada. We became very good friends, corresponded until I arrived also in Toronto/Canada in June of 1953. We remained in close contact in Toronto until I relocated to Cleveland,Ohio in Feb. 1954 and due to the fact that I misplaced or lost his addr. and phone number lost total contact with him. I have attempted to find him numerous times over the years but to no evail. Harald was born on DEc. 16, 1931 and came from Hamburg/germany - actually his parents owned the Caffee Verdandhaus Lauer in Hambug and Mr. Lauer came often to visit in Hannover ad In Mellendorf. If anyone happens to know him or of him or if Mr.Lauer should happen to see this please get in touch with me. I still live in Cleveland,Ohio. * Please respect the privacy of others.
